MOM Inc. Fitness privacy

Updated September 25, 2026. This page describes the MOM Inc. Fitness web app, operated by Mom Inc.

Signing in

Clerk handles sign-in, email verification codes and login sessions. If you choose Google, the requested information is your basic profile, email address and account identity. This sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or YouTube account. The app uses a verified account identifier to keep your saved records separate from other users.

What the app saves

Information you submit may include your goal, goal weight, minutes per session and time zone, workout, water and weight logs, meals and nutrition entries, and reminder preferences. These records are stored online so they can be restored on another device. If you enable notifications, the app also stores the device's push subscription and your schedule and time zone.

Your camera and photos

Workout camera analysis and food-photo recognition run in your browser. The app does not upload the camera video or selected food photo to its account database. Workout results and the meal details you confirm are saved when you submit them. Recognition software and models are downloaded from external hosting services, which receive ordinary network request information.

Storage and service providers

The app uses browser storage and cookies for sign-in, settings and offline files. Its online app and data storage use Cloudflare. Clerk and its email providers deliver authentication; Google handles Google sign-in. Device push services deliver notifications when enabled. These services receive information needed to provide their functions and may process technical and security logs.

Your saved account, goals and workout history remain available until you clear the saved data.

Your choices

In Account settings, use Download my data to export your saved records or Delete my data to remove the app's saved records and reminders. Clearing your data does not delete your Google or Clerk login account; the login connection can remain. You can turn off notifications and camera access in your device or browser settings. Clearing browser storage removes local copies.
